Donate to NCHC

“He who has health has hope.
He who has hope has everything.”
– Thomas Carlyle

We invite you to engage with us and invest in our community of hope-givers.

MAKE A FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION

We depend on your financial support to fund programs and services that expand the scope of our patient and community wellness services.

Here are just a few of the ways donations directly benefit NCHC patients and the public.

  • Support our seasonal Farmers Market  running from May through Thanksgiving. It gives underserved families access to fresh produce and dietician-led healthy cooking demos
  • Childhood Obesity Prevention (everything from measuring cups and spoons to prenatal and pediatric nutritionist to facilitated exercise and plans for individuals and groups – all to put and keep our pediatric patients and their families on a healthy path)
  • Decrease non-emergency use of the emergency department to reduce costs, improve health outcomes
  • Put NCHC physician prescribed medications and devices within reach for uncovered patients
  • Provide a patient with tools to self–manage their chronic disease
  • Purchase books for our reading within Reach pediatric program

Your tax deductible contribution is needed to keep care within reach. NCHC’s EIN is 06-1436620
