Family Health & Wellness Center provides services to families and students of Norwalk Public Schools. NCHC and NPS understand that families lay the foundation for children to reach their full academic potential. Our goal is to ensure that the family unit is healthy from a behavioral health and medical standpoint and to serve as an entry point to a Primary Care Medical Home.
We are open for acute sick visits for all children within Norwalk Public Schools.

January 27, 2025, Norwalk Community Center in partnership with Norwalk Public Schools officially celebrated the opening of NCHC’s school-based Family Health & Wellness Center at NPS’ Family Center.
Our third school-based health center and the first to serve district wide students and their families.
Norwalk Community Health Center receives HHS Funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
Norwalk Community Health Center, Inc. is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and an FTCA-deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
