Monday, August 7 Health Center Week Kicks Off with GET MOVING MONDAY, a guided mall walk at the SONO Collection from 12 noon to 1 pm.

2023 National Health Center Week is being celebrated in Norwalk from August 7 to August 12. Norwalk Community Health Center, Inc. (NCHC), has scheduled a variety of free community events, and invites patients and the public to celebrate with us. All events are free and open to the public, no reservations needed. Except for Monday’s Kick-Off at the SONO Collection, all health center week events take place at our flagship location at 120 Connecticut Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06854.
