Tuesday, August 8 The focus is on MINDFULNESS MATTERS. Free behavioral health and free blood pressure screening from 3 pm to 5 pm at Norwalk Community Health Center.
2023 National Health Center Week is being celebrated in Norwalk from August 7 to August 12. Norwalk Community Health Center, Inc. (NCHC), has scheduled a variety of free community events, and invites patients and the public to celebrate with us. All events are free and open to the public, no reservations needed. Except for Monday’s Kick-Off at the SONO Collection, all health center week events take place at our flagship location at 120 Connecticut Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06854.
